Managing Partner of Milberg Sousa Ferro (Portugal), a practicing lawyer with 17 years experience. Professor at the University of Lisbon Law School, specializing in EU and Competition Law. He has acted and is acting for claimants in several consumer redress popular actions in Portugal, and in antitrust private enforcement disputes between undertakings, including the dispute which led to the famous Cogeco referral (C-637/17).
