Our boutique dispute resolution practice started in January 2018. Our Stockholm-based team consists of senior lawyers with significant experience from other well-reputed law firms in Stockholm, the Swedish courts and the Ministry of Justice. We handle some of the largest and most complex disputes in Sweden.

The majority of our lawyers have 10 to 20 years of experience in dispute resolution. We believe that large and complex disputes require a dedicated team of skilled lawyers with long experience from litigation and arbitration proceedings, and feel confident to say that we can provide the right team for every case.

We know the value of a long-term commitment of our lawyers. Many disputes last for several years. Needless to say, a key factor for success is the counsel’s detailed knowledge of the case. We avoid the employee turnover that is typical for many of the major law firms by being a friendly, non-hierarchical and gender equal firm (not only in words; we have a 50/50 male to female ratio in our partner group). This means that we can offer an experienced and consistent team throughout the entire proceeding.
