Tobias Vollmer

Senior Director

Tobias Vollmer is a senior director and co-head of the Russia/CIS/CEE desk at Raedas. He has provided investigative support to law firms in high-profile litigation and arbitration, often with cross-border and multijurisdictional aspects, and the evidence and intelligence he has gathered has been submitted to the High Court of England and Wales, federal courts in the US, and arbitral tribunals under ICSID, UNCITRAL and ICC rules, among others. Many of the matters Tobias has worked on have been supported by third-party finance, including a USD 1 billion asset recovery against a fugitive Russian banker in the UK. A member of the IBA ESG subcommittee, Tobias has also led ESG investigations, including into corporate greenwashing, supply chain integrity and corruption in the extractive sector.
