Thomas Northoff joined in Deloitte 1994 and is a Partner for Deloitte Tax & Legal. He focusses on implementing innovative (legal-) technologies and handling of mass claims. For the latter Deloitte jointly with partners created a specialized law firm - ClassReaction Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, which focusses on the handling of mass claims leveraging technology (JUNE), process know-how and a pool of talented people. Thomas serves as a managing partner for ClassReaction. He also advises public and private sector clients on strategy and organizational development, transactions, financing structures and tax law. Thomas furthermore serves as chairman of the board of the Deloitte Foundation.
